Imexa is a medication which is a type of antibiotic. It is used to treat bacterial infection. Any diseases with viral origin cannot be treated with this antibiotic. It only works with bacteria. This medication is used to treat any upper respiratory tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection, chancroid, pelvic inflammatory disease and many others.
